His work includes high-end finishes such as wainscoting, trimwork, flooring, detailed tile showers, and precision painting; paired with a trusted network of licensed subs for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

James performs the majority of the work himself, ensuring consistency, quality, and a finish level worthy of a true luxury property.

On the hospitality side, Amy Morehead brings real-world STR expertise shaped by owning and self-managing five high-performing properties across the Smoky Mountains and Bourbon Trail. She understands what guests expect, what OTAs require, and what it takes to deliver a memorable stay. Amy focuses on thoughtful design support, swift and warm guest communication, meticulous listing setups, and operational standards that protect a property’s reputation and profitability.
